Roti-Boti was founded in 1995. The owner/chef of the restaurant Ajab Singh Rawat, the man behind the renowned flavours, a chef par excellence, decided to share his secrets of the Indian Cuisine with the rest of the world.

He and his family joined their hardwork, expertise and dedication to make this restaurant achieve heights of success in just a matter of a short period of time. Gradually the tales of Roti-Boti's flavours reached the critical eyes of the media.

In the dining and entertainment section of the Bayside Times published on the 20th December 1995, Christine Tondorf talked about "The Roti-Boti's Tantalising Tastes".

In the same year another review by Fay Love talked about how Roti-Boti was ,"winning custom and respect from way beyond its neighbourhood in those days".

Most people are not aware of the abundance of culinary wealth in India. Roti-Boti strives to unlock these hidden secrets from the Indian sub-continent by way of its preparations and presentations. Using the very traditional ways of Indian cooking which has been passed over to us by the amazing talents and dedications of the Indian Gurus. To put in a nutshell, a dining experience at the Roti-Boti is so astounding it seems perfect to be true.
